We’re so excited you’re here. Before we dive into the fun stuff, here’s the not-so-artsy part — the terms and conditions. By booking a session with Gogh Create, you’re agreeing to the following info so we can make sure everything runs smoothly for your event. It’s all about keeping things clear, fair, and stress-free for everyone involved.

​Section 1: Paint, Prep & Peace of Mind

At Gogh Create, we do our best to keep your space clean and protected! We provide table coverings to shield surfaces from splashes and spills, but please note — we can’t take responsibility for any accidental marks or damage to unprotected furniture or areas.

We use Mont Marte acrylic paints, which are certified and widely considered safe to use. However, by booking with Gogh Create, you acknowledge and accept that we can’t be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities (including anaphylaxis) that may arise from using our materials.

Section 2: Booking and Payment Terms

To secure a private paint and sip event with Gogh Create, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of enquiry to hold your chosen date and time.

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The final payment for your event is due two weeks prior to your scheduled date. If full payment is not received by this time, Gogh Create reserves the right to cancel your event and your booking may be forfeited.

Section 3: Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Public Events:
If you need to reschedule your ticket for a public paint and sip session, please email us at goghcreate.enquiries@gmail.com. We’ll happily help you transfer to another available date or issue a credit voucher to use at a future event.

Private Events:
In the event of a cancellation for a private booking, please note that the $200 deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. This deposit secures your date and covers initial planning and preparation.

Section 4: Code of Conduct

At Gogh Create, we’re all about creating a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their creativity. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be respected at all events:

  • Respect others – Treat fellow guests, hosts, and venues with kindness and consideration.

  • Be responsible – If consuming alcohol, please do so responsibly. Gogh Create supports a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • Look after the space – As we operate in private and public venues, we ask guests to be mindful of the surroundings and avoid intentional damage or mess.

  • Children and underage guests – For kids' events, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • No disruptive behaviour – We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour negatively impacts the event or other participants.

At Gogh Create, we do our best to keep everything clear and consistent, but occasionally our pricing or services may need to be updated. We reserve the right to make changes to our offerings or pricing at any time, without prior notice.

While we always aim to give plenty of heads up, we can’t be held liable for any adjustments, temporary pauses, or removal of services — but rest assured, any changes will always be made with our clients' experience in mind
